Cockroach Merchandise (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent commercial merchandise store. The brand name, designs, slogans and written content on this website are works of satire, parody, humour and social commentary, created as creative expression protected under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India. They are not statements of fact.
2. No affiliation — and no endorsement
We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representing any political party, political movement, campaign, candidate, registered or unregistered organisation, government body, regulatory authority, court, or any public figure or private individual.
Any resemblance to, or reference to, any movement, party, slogan, event or person is used purely for the purposes of parody, commentary and satire. No sponsorship, partnership or endorsement of any kind should be inferred.
3. We are not a political organisation
Cockroach Merchandise is a retail store. We are not a political party and not a political movement. We do not solicit, collect or accept donations; we do not fund any political campaign, candidate, cause or movement; and we do not engage in election activity. Every transaction on this site is an ordinary commercial sale of merchandise.

All trademarks, service marks, names, logos and brands referenced on this site (if any) are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is nominative and for the purpose of commentary, criticism or parody only, and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the owner. We claim no rights in third-party marks.
