Grievance Officer (Consumer Protection)
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to the Grievance Officer, Cockroach Merchandise at info@cockroachmerchandise.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Data protection grievances
For privacy/data requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, contact the same Grievance Officer at info@cockroachmerchandise.com.
