1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. Country of origin: India.
2. Shipping charges
Flat ₹79 per order. Free shipping on orders over ₹1,499. Charges are shown at checkout before payment.
3. Order processing (dispatch) time
Items are made/printed to order. Orders are usually produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order ships.
4. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location (metro cities are usually faster). These are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Tracking
Where the courier provides it, tracking details are shared by email/SMS after dispatch.
6. Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. We may make a quick verification call/message for COD orders before dispatch.
7. Delays & force majeure
Delivery may be delayed by factors beyond our control — courier backlogs, weather, festivals, strikes, or remote PIN codes. We are not liable for such delays but will help you follow up.
8. Address accuracy
Please provide a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays/non-delivery caused by incorrect details (see our Refund & Return Policy).
9. Failed delivery / returns to origin
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or refusal, we will contact you to re-ship (charges may apply) or to refund after deducting shipping costs.
10. Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow our Refund & Return Policy (report within 7 days with photos).
