We want you to be happy with your order. This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our products are made/printed to order, which is reflected below.
1. When you can return / get a refund
You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if your item is damaged, defective, materially different from the description, incorrect, or missing from your parcel.
2. Time window & what we need
Email info@cockroachmerchandise.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (an unboxing video helps for damaged/missing items).
3. What is not returnable
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for size issues where the published size guide was not followed. Items that have been used, washed, worn or altered, or returned without original tags/packaging, are not eligible (this does not apply to genuine defects).
4. How it works
Once we receive your request and photos, we will review it (usually within 2–3 business days). If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. For defective/wrong/missing items, we bear the return shipping cost and will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return postage.
5. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI to details you provide. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before dispatch by emailing us with your order number, for a full refund. Once an item is in production/dispatched, it can only be handled under sections 1–5 above.
7. Lost or undelivered orders
If your order is not delivered within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Incorrect / incomplete address
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery may attract re-shipping charges, or be refunded after deducting shipping costs.
